Her story: from the University of Pretoria to Life Groenkloof
Yolandé completed both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Pretoria. She did her internship years in Port Elizabeth and her community service in East London, where she also achieved her Diploma in Child Health.
She is dedicated to her patients and will go the extra mile. Ongoing support is a given. Her love for children is evident in every consultation: no problem is too small or too big.
Parents are involved in every step of the decision-making process for their children. She will explore all aspects of your child's health, and together you will develop a management plan.
Since having her own two daughters, her compassion for parents has grown significantly. She believes that parents and their children are a unit that can never be managed apart.
She is passionate about keeping children happy and healthy, and strives to make every consultation as fun as possible. The rooms are painted wall to wall with playful bunnies, so there is always something to look at.
She is primarily based at Life Groenkloof Hospital and also assists at the Immunology Clinic at Steve Biko Academic Hospital.
She has a lot of empathy and would love to meet you and your little one.
